ED: Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst

Authorities concerned must ensure that resources are funneled towards health care services
As we enter a new phase of lockdown, we do so with the knowledge that both cases and death rates are on the rise.

In such a situation, while we do everything to ensure that the situation is not exacerbated by further carelessness and negligence for the lockdown to be effective, it is also imperative that our health care system is prepared for those that do get sick and provide them with the treatment necessary to make a recovery.
