Handcuffed accused flees

A handcuffed accused fled from Kishoreganj court premises this afternoon. Police arrested the accused, Morshed Mia, 27, son of Akkas Mia of Bhairab upazila in Kishoreganj, with 15 pieces of yaba pills last night, said Md Muklesur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Bhairab Police Station. He fled from the second floor of the Kishoreganj court building when he was being produced before a court this afternoon, the police official told our Mymensingh correspondent.
