Voting begins at 60 municipalities

The second phase elections to 60 municipalities began this morning amid fears of violence in many places. Voting started at 8:00 am and will continue till 4:00 pm.  Though pre-election clashes at some places made people wary, there has been no report of any major untoward incident till 10:00am. Voting at Pirojpur municipality started at 8:00 am using electronic voting machines
