Munier Chowdhury’s 96th birth anniv today

Munier Chowdhury Today is the 96th anniversary of the birth of martyred intellectual Munier Chowdhury. Theatre, a leading theatre troupe, will hand over Munier Chowdhury Memorial Award and Mohammad Zakaria Memorial Award marking the day at a programme scheduled to be held at the Experiemental Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy today. Munier Chowdhury Memorial Award has been introduced in 1989 and Mohammad Zakaria Memorial Award has been introduced in 1997.
