India election results: Crucial seats to watch out for

The Lok Sabha elections 2019 were one of the most highly-charged parliamentary elections in the country in recent years. Nearly all the big names in Indian politics contested. Many new faces emerged and new political parties were formed. Thus there were old warhorses and first-timers in almost every major party contesting in the elections for the 17th Lok Sabha which was held in seven phases across 542 constituencies of the country.
