BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will be taken to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) upon consent, jail authorities say. Preparations are complete to take the former prime minister, now in jail, to BSMMU, where she had earlier denied to accept treatment. BSMMU Director Abdullah Al Harun told The Daily Star they are ready to take Khaleda in. “We have been informed about it by jail authorities.”
