Buying spree fuels turnover to cross Tk 1,500cr in Dhaka bourse

Turnover at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) crossed Tk 1,500 crore today for the first time in around four months thanks to the buying pressure from the investors. The important indicator of the stock market surged 8 per cent to Tk 1,534 crore. Earlier, the figure hit Tk 1,583 crore on January 25 this year. The DSEX, the benchmark index of the DSE, advanced 26.9 points, or 0.46
