# General #

Overall responsible for smooth running of the respective upazilla with full implementation of program or project as required by the donor & Organization.

Maintain punctuality in office and keep an eye on others’ attendance.

To arrange a monthly co-ordination meeting for discussing the progress and problems (if any) and inform Project Manager accordingly.

To remind the Project Manager to chair the monthly co-ordination meeting for discussing the progress and problems (if any).

To ensure the monthly action plan with quality properly maintained.

Reach at office every day at office time (9:00 a.m.) And stay up to last minutes of the office hour (5:00 p.m.). If needed stay more to finish up the job of that day or the pending works (if any).

To maintain the discipline of office and motor cycle with official rules and regulation.

Maintaining liaison with Project Manager & Manager Operations.

# Specific roles and responsibilities #

Ability to work with Government and development partner organization

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Adequate knowledge in health (specially malaria) and social structures of Bangladesh.

Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

Supervise and ensure distribution and using of LLIN among the beneficiaries.

Conduct Planned visit to oversee programme implementation at operational level and filling up the checklist.

Facilitate periodic visits with stakeholders.

Attend monthly and quarterly meeting.

Ensure documentation of specific work and prepare work plan, progress report of upazilla and share with Project-Manager and in team monthly.

Support Project Manager/Manager-Operations to prepare half yearly, annual and any other report required by management.

Build capacity of outreach specialist on the Malaria related knowledge, skills and attitude.

Ensure quality of project activities by introducing & adopting appropriate approach methodology & intervention.

Qualitative Data collection and assessment as per program implementation in organization level compared to partner organization for quality insurance to meet donor and project management requirements.

Coordinate, negotiate, cooperate and maintain a good relation with team members both in organizations and alliance to update accordingly.

Provide technical support to PM for routine program implementation.

Undertake supportive supervision visits to the project areas and provide on-job training to project staff member.

Desk review of existing Malaria Documents as per National Guidelines and WHO guidelines.

# Coordination and communication #

Act as a focal person specific upazilla for communication regarding Malaria Programme

Attend formal and informal meeting at Upazilla level as well as central level.

Communication by email, maintain the online HEED platforms and upazilla program update in HEED monthly newsletter.

Strong coordination and communication with Operations Department.

# REPORTING AND OTHERS #

To prepare/supervise the monthly and quarterly reports of all activities with consultation of Counselor and other concerned staff.

To ensure all kinds of reports, minutes are timely sent to the Project Office and Head Office.

To ensure that all kinds of information are timely sent to the Head Office.

Ensure any others reports.

Perform other duties as and when necessary/needed or assigned to you for the center

Masters in any discipline from any recognized university.

Any third division/ class/ GPA less than 2.5 in academic career is not eligible.
