Shushilan - a national NGO has been working in the field of Socio-economic development, Education & ICT and Health & Nutrition Program, Disaster, Climate Change & Environmental Resource Management, Human Rights and Good Governance and Sustainable Peoples Organization Bangladesh since 1991. Shushilan is implementing a project entitled “Technical Skills Development and Establishment of Market Linkages for Farmers’ Groups in Cox’s Bazar” with financial and technical support from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The project has been implementing in collaboration with Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE), Department of Livestock Services (DLS) and Department of Fisheries (DoF) to build the capacity of the farmer groups, both technically and socially, to improve production through production assessment, customized design, input provision and skills building to address the key environmental, economic and sociological impacts of the crisis on the local population through both a short and medium-term approaches. Shushilan is inviting application from the qualified and interested candidates.

At least higher secondary school certificate education (12 years of schooling). Diploma in Agriculture/Fisheries/Livestock will be given priority.
