Work as a sales executive within the assigned zone to develop retail sales.

Identifying local business opportunities and challenges to expand the market.

Work closely with distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets.

Collaboration and coordination with distributor’s team members ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training, and sales support as may require following company sales policy.

Regular market analysis and market development collecting competitor’s information, activities, and strategies aligning with company objectives.

Achieving monthly sales and collection targets. - Regular collection monitoring and meeting the collection target maintaining less risk of dealer default.

Work in a team under the direct supervision of the Area Sales Manager in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.

Providing a monthly report on sales, collection, and retailer & distributor status.

Graduation in any subject from any reputed Institute.
