  • Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquirers , and effectively handling customer complaints.

  • Set clear team goals and Train staff. Motivate team members.
  • Delegate tasks, set deadlines & oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • Suggest and organize team building activities.
  • Compliance cleanliness and food safety as per standards.
  • Lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
  • Track and maintain all equipment and furniture.
  • Doing and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
  • Prepare deployment plan by roster to run smooth operation. Keep time and payroll records.
  • Stay-up-to-Date on guest and sales trends.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
  • Any task assign by management should have positive attitude.
  • Qualifications

  • Post-graduation, graduation degree from any discipline or Diploma in Hotel Management or HSC
