Operate GDS systems (Galileo ,Sabre , Amadeus and Others online ticketing system) to issue domestic, international and offline tickets.
Ability to deal with/ communicate with overseas/local suppliers/agents of different countries of the world and negotiate with them for getting the best deal (Answering phones, Email and any other social media professionally, courteously and promptly)
Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately and issue, reissue and refund ticket.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
