Uttaran in Partnership with World Vision Canada and Bangladesh is implementing Youth Empowered Project Bangladesh Program - "Preventing Child, Early and forced marriage through Integrated SRHR Transformation". It is a 3-year project that will use a multi-pronged approach to empower girls and young women to exert greater control over Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) decision-making and the factors that drive CEFM with the support of their families and communities. The project will build the capacity of community and health ecosystems to provide gender-responsive and adolescent-friendly SRHR and CEFM information and services. Through evidence-informed and complementary pathways, the project seeks to contribute to the ultimate outcome of "Enhanced realization of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Girls and Young Women (10-24 years old) in Bagherhat and Sathkira districts of Bangladesh."

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overall implementation of the activities of Youth Empowered Project . S/he will act as the key person to guide the Uttaran- Youth Empowered Project team in order to achieve expected outcomes and outputs of the projects and will coordinate all sorts of logistic supports for the team members. More specifically, s/he will responsible for planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the Project including management of financial activities. S/he will provide regular accompaniment supports to the all project staff members in the implementation of different events and innovations in the field of organization & capacity building to all project stakeholders. S/he will also maintain contact with World Vision Bangladesh Office and Uttaran Office. The Project Coordinator is responsible for overall implementation of the activities of Youth Empowered Project programme. According to project proposal, budget guided by partnership agreement between Uttaran and World Vision Bangladesh. S/he will provide regular accompaniment supports to the all project staff members in the implementation of different events and innovations in the field of organization & capacity building
Qualifications
At Least Master's Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Health, Gender Studies, MPH , Rural Development, Social Studies or relevant subject with strong background in Gender related issues from reputed Public/Private University
