Determine, discuss and agree on internal quality procedures, standards and specifications.

Evaluate customer requirements and ensure that they are met.

Setting customer service standards.

Work with operating personnel to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.

Writing management and technical reports and customer charters.

Determine training needs.

Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical data.

Proper Monitoring in Customer Compliance report.

Need good knowledge about all kind of Fabric i.e. knit/Woven/Non-Woven.

Need good knowledge about Grading point scale (4 Point, 6 Point, 10 Point).

Must have a good knowledge about source of faults.

Must have the skill of communication with customer about minimizing replacement or compensation.

Must have good skill of communication with production team and give advice if needed.

Diploma or B.Sc in Textile Engineering from reputed University.

At least 8 year(s)
