Responsibility

  • Determine, discuss and agree on internal quality procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and ensure that they are met.
  • Setting customer service standards.
  • Work with operating personnel to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
  • Writing management and technical reports and customer charters.
  • Determine training needs.
  • Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical data.
  • Proper Monitoring in Customer Compliance report.
  • Need good knowledge about all kind of Fabric i.e. knit/Woven/Non-Woven.
  • Need good knowledge about Grading point scale (4 Point, 6 Point, 10 Point).
  • Must have a good knowledge about source of faults.
  • Must have the skill of communication with customer about minimizing replacement or compensation.
  • Must have good skill of communication with production team and give advice if needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma or B.Sc in Textile Engineering from reputed University.
  • Experience Requirement
