Responsibility

To Handle all guideline for production and quality controls system.

To deal with the buyers independently for all the GPQ/RQS system including in line inspection, pre final & final inspection.

To run the GPQ/RQS team successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implemented in production floor for achieving best quality.

To provide technical assistance to all section wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, inline setup, machinery adoption, production methods & work aid.

Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, IE & Planning, Quality & other related department.

Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.

To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality standards.

Ensure all GPQ/RQS staffs are trained on any new procedure/requirements as advised by the customers.

To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirements at work are maintained.

Achievement of HR KPI's in order to maintain skill work force.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
