Responsibility
Source bulk commodities like RBD Palm Olein, CDSO, Stone, Clinker, Coal, fly ash, lime stone, gypsum, fertilizer, onion, wheat, chick peas etc. for trading business;Develop (enlistment, sourcing, standardization) new business in DGDP;Maintaining close collaboration with principals, local clients & other stakeholders;Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information;Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives;Communicate & make liaison with different government body;Tender Preparation, Configuration of the equipment, Price calculation, Quotation preparation & Risk AnalysisRespond to tender documents (Government & private Tenders), writing proposals, reports and supporting literature.Participate in tender related meeting, contract negotiation meeting & analysis the terms & conditions of contract.Meeting / interaction with customers / consultants / network in the relevant industry to explore new business opportunities;Prepare letters, proposals / contracts / Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) / draft sales contract / Proforma Invoice for potential business partners / stakeholders as required, or in cooperation with Commercial, Engineering and legal team.Evaluate and check each tender / RFQ submitted to the customer timely. Ensure that all elements necessary for a tender are delivered with accuracy.Credit management & ensuring efficient treasury management
