Responsibility

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, oversea agents and vendors to ensure proper customer service for export shipment.
  • Maintain Operational tasks to ensure smooth export shipment, like:
  • - Communication with carriers, booking, SI, VGM submission and other relevant activities to complete job file.
  • - Checking with the shipper for the BL draft correction, confirmation.
  • -BL , invoice issue and handover to concern desk.
  • -Regular follow up with CFS/Airport operation for the stuffing.
  • -Generate shipment advice.
  • -Maintain Strong relationships and coordinate with all the stakeholders.
  • -On time report to the management and related concerned persons.
  • -Freight invoice collection from respective shipping line and cross-check the S/Line quotation. and submit to accounts.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by management.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
