Responsibility

  • Communicate with overseas and local clients and other intermediaries regularly
  • Writing emails and massages in a very organized and official manner.
  • Solving presented problems by communicating with the team and the client
  • Understanding the customer requirements and dealing with them properly.
  • Organizing a complex web of information for processing.
  • Creating and maintaining proper relationship with the customers to create brand value.
  • Understanding the requirements of the company and keeping up with them.
  • Response all incoming calls
  • Provide proper after sales service without error.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Candidates who has not completed their graduation yet can also apply.
