Responsibility

  • Prepare Divisional sales action plan, forecast & set target by Division /Territory/ Distributor/ Key customers etc.
  • Achieve assigned Divisional sales target by supervising ASI, TSI & other Sales staffs on a regular basis.
  • Communicate with Key customers frequently via physical presence, telephonic calls, fax and E-mails.
  • Prepare Market coverage plan along with effective coverage plan for Distributors.
  • Develop proposals for wholesale & formulate sales strategies as and when required.
  • Evaluate business prospect on customers through feasibility analysis.
  • Evaluate, select and provide appointment to the Distributors.
  • Conduct monthly Divisional sales meeting and work on the findings.
  • Monitor and report on Retail & Wholesale sales activities regularly and follow up the same necessary measures.
  • Monitor competitors regular pricing and market conditions.
  • Ensure accountability by motivating and providing training to ASI, TSI & ZI/SR.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters degree in any discipline
