To lead related departments (like, Accounts, Credit Realization etc.), analyzing all data for identifying new risk areas and recommending adequate suggestions.
To supervise the related departments all activities and lead the assigned team and take the responsibility of planning, executing and managing the departments.
To prepare or distribute plans, programs, reports and presentations weekly, monthly, quarterly or when required.
Monitoring construction financial reports of all projects effectively, developing the team, allocating resources, defining under commands activity deadlines.
Develop, introduce and implement a proper relationship with banks and all finance organizations.
Improving and raising additional funds from banks and other monetary organizations and reducing costs across all other departments.
To ensure availability of funds through monitoring of cash flow of forecast and to take corrective measures to meet shortfalls and effectively, plan cash flow needs to be based on assumptions made.
Debt management and collection. Responsible for the planning of the whole accounts and credit realization departments activities and all other related financial audits.
Advice on different issues related with progress and improvement of Accounts and Credit Realization Department.
Any other task assigned by management.
