Responsibility

  • Communicate with existing and potential customers through social media platforms and over the phone.
  • Solve their queries through the above-mentioned channels.
  • Facilitate and clarify the customers with any query regarding any product, mostly through social media pages.
  • Update the customers about any upcoming or newly launched product of PAL while answering to their questions.
  • Answer all the client queries by the end of each of the designated shift timeline, each day.
  • Facilitate and contribute towards the company's sales overall.
  • Engage in any other relevant tasks delegated by Department head/ Management.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduation from Reputed University. Applicant's currently pursuing their education from reputed universities/ institutions are encouraged to apply as well.
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Online sales
