Communicate with existing and potential customers through social media platforms and over the phone.Solve their queries through the above-mentioned channels.Facilitate and clarify the customers with any query regarding any product, mostly through social media pages.Update the customers about any upcoming or newly launched product of PAL while answering to their questions.Answer all the client queries by the end of each of the designated shift timeline, each day.Facilitate and contribute towards the company's sales overall.Engage in any other relevant tasks delegated by Department head/ Management.
