Develop best-fit supply chain management strategy, process-policies, SLA and practices for the company to improve the overall SCM performance and look for any possible innovations to the process

Lead the Procurement and Logistics (inbound, outbound, commercial and warehouse/inventory management) teams of the company

Oversee the day-to-day activities of SCM team members in various functions/units and make sure the overall business operation is functional and uninterrupted

Analyze the market and be up to date always about the product cost and quality and take cost savings initiative by developing vendors/suppliers

Analyze information about vendor performance or procurement program to develop availability and maximization of profit

Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies

Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

Produce Management reports

Train, guide and lead the team

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, IPE, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Any certification/Diploma in SCM will be preferred.

Preferred Professional Certification: SCM,supply chain mangement

Skills Required: ERP Skill, Good command over MS Office Package
