Garment industry workers are continuing agitation in rejection of the revised pay structure. Several thousand workers continued demonstration on the Dhaka-Tangail highway this morning since 9:00am and tried to put up a blockade, our Savar correspondent reports. As reported, there were workers of at least 10 factories in the agitation. Industrial police had removed them from the road during initial attempts.
