E-com platforms get show-cause notices for abnormal offers

The government has served show-cause notices on four e-commerce platforms, asking their explanations as to why they were 'creating instability' in the virtual market by announcing abnormal offers. The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) has asked the firms - Dalalplus, Ananderbazar, Tholay and All Shopper - to submit the explanations within October 17, 2021.
