Watch the trailer for A24’s new Icelandic horror ‘Lamb’

Starring Noomi Rapace, "Lamb" marks the feature directorial debut of Valdimar Jóhannsson. A24, which earned the distributing rights of the chilly Icelandic horror before the start of Cannes, has recently unveiled its poster, trailer and release date.“A childless rural couple makes an alarming discovery one day in their sheep barn. They soon face the consequences of defying the will of nature, in this dark and atmospheric folktale,” reads the official synopsis. “Lamb” is slated for release on October 8. Watch the trailer below:
