Terming the recommendation of shutdown logical, State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain said the government has a preparation like this and the announcement of the shutdown may come anytime, reports Bangla daily Prothom Alo. The state minister came up with announcement hours after the National Technical Advisory Committee (NTAC) on Covid-19 recommended
