Pay garment workers by May 10: state minister for labour

The government today asked the garment factory owners to clear the payments of workers' salaries, bonuses and other dues by tomorrow so that the workers can enjoy the Eid-ul-Fitr. Begum Monnujan Sufian, state minister for labour and employment, gave the instruction at a tripartite meeting with the factory owners, union leaders and government high-ups at Srama Bhaban in Dhaka.
