On June 16, 2020 China declared duty-free export facilities for the least-developed countries (LDCs), including Bangladesh on 97 per cent of their tariff line. The media reports that followed mentioned that China was going to provide duty-free export benefits to an additional 5,161 products from Bangladesh, taking the total number of products to 8,256, including the items
