HC wants BTRC’s explanation on realising Tk 867.23 crore from Robi

The High Court today issued a rule asking the telecom regulator to explain why it should not be ordered to refrain from realising Tk 867.23 crore from telecom operator Robi Axiata Ltd. The HC bench of Justice Mamnoon Rahman and Justice Khijir Hayat also fixed December 1 for passing further order on this issue. It issued the order and fixed the date for further order following
