Responsibility

  • Workshop and field-service on diesel engines and related mechanical products.
  • Proactive regular customer visits for establishing a good relationship, provide maintenance and service advice to secure parts and service business.
  • Attend to service calls by customers and perform trouble shooting to pinpoint the root cause of the problem.
  • Take ownership of the problem and follow-up until the problem is solved.
  • Compilation of service and repair reports that include proposals for remedy and proposals for the prevention of recurrence of the same problem.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering.
