Production planning after utilizing plant capacity, machinery, equipment and resources at maximum level.

Setting production target, ensuring regular and steady flow of production.

Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up.

Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.

Update production planning time to time according to the current situation and requirement of concern customer / buyer.

Ensuring the availability of materials in order to meet the production demand.

Ensure maximum utilization of man-power, minimize wastage of time & materials.

Support in quality improvement, customers satisfaction

Monitor daily production, coordinate the activities of other related departments and tracking section wise production and its report.

Ensure on time shipment after keeping co-ordination with related departments,etc.

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline
