Responsibility

  • Create contents, posts for Facebook advertisements and sales
  • Process orders of E business sites and maintaining records
  • Keeps abreast of social trends and content. Able to keep work fresh and provocative for maximum consumer engagement
  • Resourceful researcher, keeps abreast of social trends and culture
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Manage large amount of incoming calls.
  • Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Customer Care,Customer Service,Customer service or Beauty Industry,Customer Support/ Client Service
  • Experience Requirement
