The candidate must be self-motivated & eager to learn new things.
Perform and ensure core HR activities and practices in the whole organization.
Preparation of all documents of personal file related to recruitment, selection, employment, probation, training, evaluation, promotions, postings etc.
Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.
Planning and managing payroll, attendance and leave issues.
Update database, prepare monthly, quarterly and Yearly HR report.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and update on the job sites
Assist to HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development and change management.
Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
To develop proper job descriptions.
Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006 as amended up to 2018.
Keep liaison with Govt Offices like, Education Board, BIDA and Passport offices.
Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
Any other assignment as per the decision of Management
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
