We are seeking a professional with an exceptional service attitude for the position of Chef. The Chef will be responsible for all aspects of leading and managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation and presentation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with resort / Five Star standards and sanitation/health regulations.
Responsible for the purchase of all food/grocery / Live-stock and beverage items. Develop a world-class menu of different cuisine and maintains approved food cost and labor cost.
Qualifications
HSC
Professional Chef Course/ Hospitality in catering and cooking.
Education can be relaxed in terms of an extra ordinary long-time prior track record/experience.
