Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory.

Perform health checkup of newly recruited employees (workers and staffs) periodically.

Ensuring proper periodic checkup of pregnant workers.

Prescribe medicine and other advice to the attending patients.

Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions to refer them nearby specialized Hospitals through factory Management.

Making strategy to improve the female workers health & take preventive action to keep the workers fit.

Counseling with the workers about their health & safety related issues.

Awareness meeting with workers for health related issue, different types of diseases, seasonal diseases, occupational injuries and so on.

Ensuring all the workers are cordially & equally treated & served during medical checkups.

Keep records of employees sickness, injuries or accidents with their analysis.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

MBBS (Preferably from any Govt. Institution)
