Overall checking as per specified checklist such as:

Group A: Drawing & field survey/ layout.

Group B: Structural works, materials, pile work, form work (Colum / shear wall), form work (Beam / slab), rebar work, concreting work.

Group C: Block laying and plastering works, block work, plastic work.

Group D: Finishing works such as door frame & shutter work, paint work, polishing work, M.S. grill / gate / railing work, aluminium work, floor gazed tile work, wall gazed tile work, roof tile work.

Group E: Electro-mechanical works such as sanitary conduit laying work, sanitary uPVC pipe work, water pipe line work.

Group F: Safety such as site safety, sub-structure works safety.

Fortnightly reporting of CQCT activities to coordinator.

Checking of set-back and RAJUK related site condition as per drawing.

Monitoring material test of different items as & when required.

Assisting / monitoring the CQCT office management & documentation work.

Prepare monthly budget of CQCT.

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Public/Private university with having good academic result.

Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
