Responsibility

Maintain test protocols / substrates in the laboratory, identify gaps and procure test equipment (as necessary) to ensure high level of RFT (right first time) to the customers.

Conducting trials with assigned customers by constantly solving their application related problems.

Laboratory equipment's perfectly operating according to the standard SOP and also responsible for sample breakdown, preparation and instrumentation.

Application Testing and maintaining quality standards for products received from production sites.

Support in developing promotional material to demonstrate benefits towards competition fighting.

Checking of quality parameters of in process batches as per the samples supplied by production.

Ensure product quality meets the customer requirements in a consistent manner & Faster response to corrective actions in areas affecting product Quality.

Safeguard all records (system, manual, registers etc.) and ensure confidentiality.

Support in developing and updating technical content for the assigned segments

Adhere to safety protocol and regulatory requirements specific to the lab.

Maintaining Quality Control laboratory equipment performance.

Maintains laboratory inventories - chemicals, fabrics, finished products, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Science (B.Sc.) / Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering from any reputed university will get preferences.

Bachelor of Science having wide-ranging experience in any textile printing area work with reputed organizations.
