Responsibility

  • Career counseling and personal development- work one-to-one with individuals to support them in becoming more successful and effective in deliver their organizational objectives, while also enhance their personal well-being.
  • Training/workshop on psychological issues- Design, develop and conduct training on psychological issues to develop capacity of the employees.
  • Personnel selection and assessment- Assist to design, develop and implement change management initiatives aimed at helping employees to cope successfully with changes taking place in their workplace, such as restructuring, down-size or new business process.
  • Provide psychological support to the employees.
  • Give guidance about career plan.
  • Helping individuals to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.
  • Referring individuals to other sources of help, as appropriate.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology
  • Educational background preferred: Psychology - Counseling/Clinical/Industrial
  • Skills Required: Career Counseling, good listening skill, Motivational skill

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Clinical Psychology, counseling psychology, Industrial Psychology
