Assist in designing and delivering OD and Change Management processes and interventions that support company's ambition to be a high performing organization.
Initiate measures to foster a high-performance culture, followed by working on Policies, SOPs, Succession Planning, Training & Organization Development.
Support specific performance improvement initiatives for the employees through the implementation of a new "Behavioral" and "Functional" competency framework.
Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization in consultation with department heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems.
Design training courses and facilitate in house programs that are necessary to meet training needs as required, or manage this activity via external providers.
Develop policies and procedure and plans to execute training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow up as necessary.
The incumbent shall be responsible to prepare Job Description of each & every employee
Review Performance management Systems semi Annually/Annually
Set individual KPI, departmental KPI and implementation of KPI across the organization accordingly.
The incumbent shall work on Skill Evaluation test
He/she shall be responsible to prepare Organogram/hierarchy
Prepare HR Policies
Others development activities relating to HR.
Qualifications
MBA in HRM/ Masters with PGDHRM from any reputed University
