Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports

Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.

Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.

Study individual operator's performance and follow up unskilled operators.

Coordinate with Sewing technician and Line Supervisors for line setting & related job.

Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine broken report etc.

Time- study, capacity study, production study follow-up.

Follow production plan effectively without any delay.

Ensure predefined backup plan for any unexpected situations.

Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity

Analyze to reduce cost and wastage efficiently.

Any other related job assigned by the management.

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE,Textile Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline

Preferred Professional Certification: Lean,GSD
