SA emerging team leaves Bangladesh today with series unfinished

South Africa emerging women’s team will fly back home today without playing the final match of their five-match series against the Bangladesh emerging women’s team to avoid the likelihood of getting stuck in the country during a strict lockdown, confirmed a cricket board official.

Bangladesh Cricket Board’s women’s wing chairman Shafiul Alam Chowdhury Nadel said that Cricket South Africa called back the team after learning about the impending lockdown which could halt all overseas flight, starting from April 14.
